As National Bureau of the Communist Youth of Chile, we feel the political responsibility and moral obligation to speak out against the conflict that has generated a product of the intentions of companies overseas Copec-start operation of open pit coal mine in the so-called Winter in Isla Riesco, Magallanes Region.
As we left youthful strength in environmental conflicts, which we now live on our planet-like exploitation of the human being as antagonistic contradictions generated product of the neoliberal model, implemented in most of the world for U.S. , and aimed primarily to benefit a minority business over the interests of the majority and the environment.

3 .- We call on all sectors unitary democratic and left to condemn and mobilize to stop this project. 4 .-
will pledge our unit, to the confluence of different social and political movements that are opposed to this project, in pursuit of a victory for our people, keeping this project succeed.
5 .- And finally we make a strong call to all youth of our country to take charge of our future-the future of our people, and not allow the interests of a few, mortgaging the future of new generations. It's time to mobilize partners, not the destruction of Isla Riesco!
