LAWS

The regime of General Franco, had no formal constitution in the sense of a supreme law defining the principles political agenda and organization of state powers. But yeah, had a constitutional order, which was developed and completed over three decades through seven fundamental laws: 1) Labour Law (1938), is a Declaration which contained the principles of a new social and economic development. 2) The Constitutive Act of the Parliament (1942), establishing a parliamentary-órgan0 the English Cortes, "defined as the highest organ of people's participation in the work of state, who is entrusted with carrying out the legislative function, primarily but not exclusive. Its members were elected by organic representation. 3) The Charter of the English (1945), which recognizes the rights and establishing the duties of the English. 4) The National Referendum Act (1945), for which the Head of State is authorized to consult the nation on the passing of certain laws or policies on issues of special importance. 5) Law of Succession to the Head of State (1947), very important because, on one hand, it was determined that General Franco would propose to Parliament a person as his successor in title of King or Regent and other hand, provided for the establishment of a regency council of three people charged with taking, death of General Franco, the functions of the Head of State, and to transmit them who then navigates to the supreme Magistracy of the Nation. This Act also created the Privy Council, which would advise the Head of State in matters of special importance (especially in the appointment of Senior Officers of State). 6) The Law on Principles of National Movement (1958), which defines the highest values \u200b\u200band principles which must inspire all state action. 7) The Organic Law of the State (1967), which sets out the composition and competence of the highest organs of state and relations with each other, while delineating the ordinary powers of the Head of State for the forecasts are met succession. According to the Law of Succession to the Head of State, 1947, after the death of General Franco established a Council of Regency, consisting of three persons, on behalf of the successor assumed the powers of the Head of State. Prince Don Juan Carlos de Borbon, which was proposed in 1969 by General Franco to the Courts to succeed him, swore before the Parliament and the Council of the United faithful to the fundamental laws of the Kingdom and was proclaimed King of Spain. It was November 22, 1975. It was laborious preparation of legal instruments that had to be put in place to successfully complete the process. In the Presidency Cortes was the need for the presence of a personality deep knowledge of the world of law, cut off further concretas.Por political factions that, the King appointed Professor Fernandez-Miranda, President of the English Parliament, which in 1974 had declared on this issue ... "Both from a political standpoint and the law, a legally defined principle is unchanged until it ceases to be. IF THE FUNDAMENTAL LAWS MAY MODIFY AND REPEAL IS THAT ALL IT CONTAINS IS amend and repeal." Laws themselves opened the course to constitutional reform. Since the Act would become law, WITHOUT COLLAPSE OF THE LAW IN FORCE, no sudden WITH THE PAST, BUT EMPTY OF POWER .... FUNDAMENTAL LAWS CHANGED BY A CONSTITUTION IS NOT COMPLY, DO NOT RESPECT AND THAT PLAYS LIKE THE CONSUMER.
